Shipping Policy

Our goal is to deliver the perfect chocolate or gift item. Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC), located in Plano, TX ships to its valued Customers from one to three business days from the time a Customer order is received, via Federal Express (FedEx). Orders received after 12:00p.m. CT will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the next business day.

Depending on the delivery method, orders should arrive within 1 to 5 business days of shipment.

 

Do you ship packages every day?

Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC) ships Monday through Wednesday. CWC will also process next day deliveries on Thursdays. In providing excellent Customer Service we pride ourselves in not allowing Customer deliveries to arrive in an expeditious manner. Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC) cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order, and our shipping partner does not deliver on weekends. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Who provides shipping / delivery for Celebrate With Chocolates?

We use Federal Express (Fed Ex) exclusively for our Customer shipping.

Where does Celebrate With Chocolates ship?

Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC) ships anywhere in the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). CWC Does NOT ship to post office box addresses.  Internationally, Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC) currently ships to Canada on a case-by-case basis. For Canadian shipments ONLY, please contact us via the “Contact Us” link for a quote.

 

What shipping method should I choose for shipping to warm weather locations?

Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC) ships throughout the year. Customers placing orders to be delivered to warm weather climates or a location where the temperature is above 65 degrees Fahrenheit (65F), we recommend that you add a cold or gel pack to your order. Simply select the “Insulated” option when you choose your shipping method. Customers that place orders for delivery to warm weather locations for shipments taking more than two business days should select either Two-day Air or Next Day Air for their order(s). Additional charges may apply for packaging necessary to ship from and to warm weather climates.

Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. is located in Plano, Texas. CWC can deliver within Texas and too many areas regionally in surrounding states of Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi, in two days by Fed Ex Ground. All other locations require three to six days via Fed Ex Ground.

Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. Guarantee and warm weather shipping:

In the event that you choose not to use a cold or gel pack in such conditions—or if you choose not to ship Fed Ex Two-Day or Next Day Air to warm weather locations—then, regrettably, your order will be sent at your risk without a Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. Guarantee.

 

Is there a Signature Release policy for Deliveries to be shipped?

Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows FedEx to leave package without a signature.

We have learned from experience that this policy works best for our clients – otherwise, if clients are not home or are unavailable when FedEx delivers, their package will return to a potentially hot facility where potentially their perfect chocolate or gift item may be subject to melting.

If you require any other arrangement than Signature Release, please call the sales team at 469-734-1528 to see what – if anything – can be arranged. Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. will NOT be responsible for packages left at address location and someone else picks up package left at your business, home, or delivery address.

 

Errors in Placing Orders

It is critical to include accurate details of your name, billing address, shipping address and mode of payment. Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. (CWC) cannot and will not be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you. Additionally, Federal Express (FedEx) charges an additional $10 for return or redelivery of your package.
The accuracy of the shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt.
This ensures that our customers can enjoy our products for the full extent of their shelf life.
Celebrate With Chocolates L.L.C. cannot be held responsible for returns caused by incomplete or erroneous delivery instructions.
